Qualification:: This is a professional position, and as such, we require, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer Applications, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Salary Range: $93,454.00 to $95000.00 per year

Job Description:

• Provide Quality Assurance support across the entire software development lifecycle and perform software testing functions.
• Ensure that all information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.
• Lead software application development and/or enhancement projects, exercising judgment and creativity in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions and escalating only the more unusual and/or unique software program/ application development issues when necessary.
• Implement Quality assurance and testing strategies for company software development efforts and processes.
• Engaged in performance testing using multiple tools that enhance the project improvements.
• Collaborates with team members to implement and sustain sprint level automated regression test script development.
• Facilitates the implementation and adherence to standardized and custom performance testing methodologies.
• Leads meetings and quality initiatives.
• Participates in efforts to identify, evaluate, hire and onboard candidates for open department positions.
• Evaluates new tools, technologies and methodologies to promote continuous improvement.
