Job Description:

Multi-Cloud Active-Active Infrastructure Delivery

• Support design and implementation of Meijer’s digital resiliency solution across Azure and GCP.
• Assist in configuring traffic split options (80/20, 50/50) and ensuring failover capabilities.
• Contribute to translating POC learnings into a scalable 12-month technical implementation plan.

Agile/Scrum Development Support

• Participate in SAFe (PI 49) development ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iteration reviews.
• Support prioritization of technical features using WSJF and help coordinate development tasks.
• Collaborate with RTE and engineering teams to manage technical dependencies.

Cross-Functional Technical Alignment

• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and DevOps teams to support multi-cloud development efforts.
• Contribute to POCs, technical trade-off analysis, and data-driven technical recommendations.

Technical Platform Enablement

• Help build internal technical capabilities following third-party POCs.
• Create reusable technical patterns and documentation for Azure and GKE deployments.
• Support teams adopting Kubernetes, containerization, and multi-cloud architectural patterns.

Zero-Downtime Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Contribute to delivering production-ready infrastructure that supports critical commerce flows.
• Assist in defining technical acceptance criteria for zero-downtime releases and monitoring.
• Ensure development tasks meet resilience, security, and operational standards.
