We are seeking a motivated and skilled Java Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in core Java, frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot, and a solid understanding of backend development best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, integrate services, and ensure application reliability.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

System Design & Architecture

  • Participate in application design discussions, technical planning, and solution architecture.
  • Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.

Debugging & Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and update existing applications as required.

Database & Integration

  • Work with relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and participate in data modeling.
  • Integrate applications with cloud services, APIs, and messaging systems.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

  • Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.

📚 Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and dependency injection.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
  • Understanding of multithreading, collections, and exception handling.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
